Very helpful, friendly, quick taking action, excellent English speaking staff. Very comfortable bed. 2 buildings are well connected. Our top floor suite had good view. Truely darkening window shades. More spacious than average hotel room. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Air conditioner in good condition. Highly recommended.

the entrance to the property is very modern and welcoming. the diffusers create a lovely smell throughout the building. the receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. and we’re very approachable and welcoming no language barriers , the room was beautiful we had rose petals scattered from door entrance towards jacuzzi with 2 glasses and bottle of Prosecco awaiting our arrival , the hotel and room is very clean , room service was great. we ate out so never got to experience dinning in at the restaurant within the hotel which was unfortunate. having the jacuzzi in the room was excellent with the amount of walking we did we were able to just come back and relax in our room privately. facilities were all great. hotel to main market square is about 20 minute walk but doesn’t feel like it you have so much to look at walking over the bridge and past the river looking onto the castle and round towards main market square it’s a lovely walk to do. we did not Uber once.

Room design Excellent restaurant-class breakfast. Somebody retarded was complaining that the breakfaset ws not swedish buffet style - well if you want a hotel for poor people, then OK. Here, we have nice hotel relatively close to city center, with nice interior design and absolutely fantastic restaurant.

The entire staff was courteous and very helpful . Especially the front office and the restaurant team. Food was very tasty . Very approachable and proactive …if I ever visit Poland - krakow city again I would love to stay at here again … keep it up I was overwhelmed with your hospitality. Warm Regards Asavari

Clean and great quality rooms, super polite staff members who speak very good English. Restaurant workers are very friendly and quick to help. Perfect room sizes for 1-2 people. Neighbourhood is very calm and perfect for walks, amazing terrace for drinks outside the hotel. Very kind female administrators, willing to help their guests

The room was exceptional and really worth the money the restaurant was cheap and the food was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were brilliant friendly cleanliness and very helpful. Would recommend for anyone

This was a great hotel we loved our stay. The room was super clean and cleaned everyday. We had a kitchenette with nespresso coffee, a full sized fridge and loads of cupboards and cutlery. The hotel was high end but not overly expensive. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to check in 3 hours early and leave our bags prior. The reception was manned 24hrs and everyone was great.

The twin room was nicely furnished and clean. We had a late arrival and it was nice that reception was open 24/7. You could easily catch Number 18 tram straight into the centre - tram stop a few minutes from hotel.

From the moment we checked in our break away was amazing , the hotel is stunning and literally “All” the staff from the cleaning crew to receptionists to the kitchen were all absolutely amazing ! The location was great and the king suite and facilities were unforgettable. I would definitely re-visit this hotel and highly recommend. Thank you everyone at the art boutique, your standard of customer service is 10/10 .
